Our Story

 

The Cure Butcher Shop & Artisanal Charcuterie was founded in Saskatoon in 2015, using a traditional Southern European dry-curing process.

Charcuterie is the culinary art of preparing meat products such as bacon, salami, ham, sausage, terrines, galantines, ballotines, pâtés, and confit.

The Cure uses meat from local suppliers to produce a variety of charcuterie in their butchery in Riversdale, using a traditional Southern European dry-curing process.

In 2020, The Cure partnered with locally owned and operated Taste Hospitality Group. You can find The Cure products at many local restaurants, markets and special events, and book The Cure for catering by contacting events@tasteyxe.com.
